Bush Adventure Therapy is a holistic approach to human health and wellbeing for individuals, families and groups at all ages and stages of life who are experiencing difficulty or hardship.
This Course guides practitioners in how to develop, deliver, supervise, and evaluate safe and effective Bush Adventure Therapy experiences. Specifically, the course prepares practitioners to combine an intentional use of nature contact, physical activity and group work towards client-directed therapeutic outcomes within a comprehensive psychological safety net.

First Training Block: Sunday 4th to Sunday 11th March 2018 (8-day Residential in Victoria)
Second Training Block: Thursday 15th to Saturday 24th Nov 2018 (10-day Journey in Tasmania)
Third Training Block: Wed 28th Aug to Monday 2nd Sept 2019 (6-day Cultural Immersion – location yet to be decided)

* The BAT Practitioner Course is two years in duration, leading to the equivalent of a Masters level qualification. Students may choose to leave the course after one year, at which point students will have completed the equivalent of a Graduate Diploma level qualification. The total standard cost for two years of study is $16,000.00, payable in instalments.
